Due to the large number of health insurers, as well as the very different packages, we do not believe it is responsible to make a statement here about the reimbursements for Physiotherapy in YOUR specific package.

If reimbursement is an important consideration for you before starting treatment, it is recommended that you first check your latest policy before making an intake or treatment appointment.

If you are not insured at all for physiotherapy (i.e. only have Basic Insurance), or you are insured, but we have not concluded a contract with your insurance or for certain treatments, you will receive the invoice from us after each treatment, which you can then PIN (or pay us in cash) just like you would elsewhere where you buy a product, which you pay for immediately. This has now become common practice among many healthcare practitioners (dentists, chiropractors, osteopaths).

You can then submit the invoice to your health insurer, which will usually (again depending on your own policy choice) refund 85-100% of the average contracted physio rate to your account within a few days.
